Newborn sleepy cues to avoid meltdowns
Do you see how the sleepy cues progress and intensify? Sometimes this happens gradually; sometimes, your little one may seem instant overtired. There's a “Ready for a nap” sweet spot right in the middle. As those “Getting tired” signs show up, that's your cue to start the naptime routine.
